My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable speaking openly without fear of judgment. I explain things clearly, welcome questions, and value your perspective. My goal is for each visit to feel like a conversation where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care.

My journey to mental healthcare

My healthcare journey began as a firefighter and paramedic, where I learned the importance of staying calm, listening, and helping people through some of their most difficult moments. Those experiences led me to nursing and advanced practice, where I found a passion for mental health and helping people create lasting change in their lives.

My goals for you

We’ll work together to identify clear, realistic goals based on what matters most to you. I track progress through regular check-ins, symptom changes, and how you’re functioning day to day. As we learn what works, we’ll adjust your treatment plan to keep you moving toward meaningful, lasting improvement.

Our first session

Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to care. We’ll discuss your symptoms, history, current challenges, and goals while reviewing treatment options together. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of my recommendations and a personalized plan for moving forward.
