Hi there, I'm Heather!

My job as a therapist is to help you navigate through the stumbling blocks that are preventing you from having the best quality of life. I am here to listen with empathy, provide coping skills and techniques, support, and resources to help you achieve your goals of a better state of mind or a healthier way of life.

My focus

I am happy to see individuals of all ages - from toddlers to adults, in any profession, income level, and education level. I feel that every person needs a hand up, regardless of one's socioeconomic status. No need is too big or too small, and every individual deserves the same respect.

My approach

I use varying modalities depending on the situation and issue. I integrate different therapies to help you achieve a healthier outcome. The most frequently used are CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CPT, SRT, IFS, DBT, IMAGO Therapy for couples, and Sensate Focus Sex Therapy.
