My journey to becoming a provider was shaped by my own experiences of growth and resilience. I know firsthand the impact of compassionate support, and I bring that understanding into my work. This path has given me both empathy and practical tools to help others navigate their challenges with confidence.

I help clients reach their goals by first understanding what truly matters to them. We break down those big goals into clear, achievable steps and regularly check in on progress. I provide tools, whether it's skills, reflection, or problem-solving, to keep them moving forward. I make sure clients stay motivated and empowered along the way.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll start by getting to know you, what brings you in, what goals or concerns you have, and any key experiences that shape where you are now. It's a safe, open conversation. I'll ask questions to better understand your needs, and we'll outline what you're hoping to achieve.
