I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Philadelphia. I work with teens and adults and specialize in dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. I do this by using person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I mostly use acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy person-centered therapy. I use these approaches to understand the client and work with the client to handle life's many stressors.
