I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am most comfortable treating depressive disorders, major depressive episodes, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor-related conditions, adjustment disorders, and substance-related and addictive disorders.

My approach is warm, caring, non-judgmental, ethical, and culturally and spiritually competent. I use multiple theoretical approaches depending on which best addresses your presenting problem, including psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, behavioral, cognitive, family systems, solution-focused brief therapy, and narrative therapy.
