I work with clients of all ages statewide via telehealth. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed care to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.

My style and approach are a good fit for all age groups dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, Autism, and the overall challenges of life. I work to help my clients improve emotional regulation and build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life.
My approach
I use an integrated approach depending on the type of client that I work with. Not every theory fits everyone perfectly, so the ability to shift to different perspectives allows a holistic approach to healing. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
