Hi there, I'm Colleen!

My approach has always been to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go. I have helped many people overcome their anxiety and reduce symptoms of their depression. I have worked with many couples regarding their relationship and communication.

My focus

I help a lot of people with anxiety and depression. I also help people with their anger. I have helped a lot of couples with communication and managing emotions. I have helped people with parenting as well.

My approach

I have a great deal of success with Cognitive Behavior Therapy, helping people with anxiety and depression. I often incorporate some Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Therapies, and sometimes Exposure Therapy.
