I truly enjoy getting to know my clients so I can meet them where they are at and develop a plan together with them to reach their goals. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling and playing with and spoiling my St Bernard.

I specialize in working with individuals with major or moderate levels of mental illness, individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, parenting issues, relationship issues, low self-image, being on the spectrum/autism, work stress, issues related to life transition, and fatigue.

My approach to therapy uses a variety of client-centered techniques in my work such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, and Solution Focused Therapy techniques.

I enjoy creating a relaxed and comfortable environment during therapy sessions, and I am always open to ideas and feedback on what would make you feel most comfortable.

After taking the time to get to know you, together we will decide on and create goals for treatment that are attainable and in alignment with what you are seeking to achieve.

During our first session together, I will take the time to listen to what you are struggling with and will allow us time to get to know each other before we start our therapeutic journey together. I will be open to answering questions you may have to help you feel comfortable working with me.
