Hi there, I'm Jacquelyn!

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck? I am here to provide you with support and encouragement as you work towards gaining an understanding of your mental health.

My focus

I help clients with issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, relationships, and work stressors.

My approach

I work from an integrative therapeutic perspective and provide clients with psychoeducation, CBT, CPT, DBT, as well as mindfulness-based treatments, all in a trauma-informed safe space.

I provide an accepting, empathetic, and compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and develop a plan to achieve your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a fully licensed therapist in Easton, PA. I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and have worked in a variety of outpatient, inpatient, and community mental health settings. I understand that reaching out to a therapist can be a big step, and I am here to provide you with support!
