Hi! I’m Val. I have a passion for helping individuals and families reach their goals and work through life’s ongoing hurdles. I believe that every feeling is valid and that every person has the right to genuine and compassionate care. My goal is to create a safe and warm space for clients to share, process, and collaboratively meet their goals.

My approach
I utilize a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to treatment, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities in order to best meet each client’s unique needs. I rely most on CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused brief therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and structural family therapy.
