Hi there, I'm Alexandria!

Thank you for taking the time to click my profile. I appreciate you taking this first step—it's not easy to prioritize our mental health. I'm really looking forward to getting to know you and hearing from you soon.

My focus

I'm a proud Biracial woman, and it's my privilege to support clients of all backgrounds. I've worked with survivors of abuse, young adults transitioning into adulthood, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, and those navigating self-identity including LGBTQ+, gender identity, sexual identity, and race and ethnicity.

My approach

My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. I focus on what happened, not what's wrong with you. There's more to you than just symptoms or past events. I want to understand who you are on a personal level, not just see you as a diagnosis. We'll always take things at your own pace.
