I help people who need support and guidance through life's challenges. I specialize in trauma-informed care, depression, anxiety, autism, PTSD, and addiction. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and aging adults. I believe in using approaches that best fit you and following your lead as to where you'd like your therapy to go.

I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, addiction, organizational problems, lack of motivation, and traumatic brain injuries. I'm comfortable supporting people who need help finding their footing again and building confidence in their daily lives.
My approach
I use CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Seeking Safety, trauma-focused care, Solution-Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and I am currently state-certified in EMDR. I select approaches that match your needs and comfort level, helping you build skills and discover what works best for you.
