Hi there, I'm Tracey!

I help teens and adults struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, and depression to become the best versions of themselves. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings and work toward meaningful change.

My focus

I work with teens and adults who experience depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also enjoy helping clients who need support with self-esteem building.

My approach

I use EMDR to help you work through trauma using eye movement and memory reprocessing. With Person-Centered Therapy, I provide empathy and unconditional positive regard so you have a safe place to discuss your feelings. Using CBT, I help you recognize thought patterns and reframe them into healthier ones.
