My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping others began through volunteering with my grandmother and participating in Girl Scouts. That early foundation led me to pursue degrees in psychology and counseling. Continuing this work remains deeply meaningful to me and central to who I am as a clinician.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by creating individualized, practical plans that align with their values. Through skill-building, insight, and compassionate accountability, I support meaningful change while adjusting our work to your pace and needs.

Our first session

In our first session, I focus on creating a safe, supportive space to explore difficult emotions at your pace. I work to understand and validate your experiences, identify goals aligned with your vision, and discuss next steps if it feels like a good fit.
