Hi there, I'm Nicole!

I’m a licensed professional counselor LPC out of the state of Pennsylvania. I have been practicing for about a decade now. I have a big passion for working with neuroscience and enjoy many trainings in this ,and being able to help people understand their brain health.

My focus

I enjoy working with people dealing with family system issues, trauma-informed issues, relational issues, college and career development, and I also enjoy working with clients for further personal goal-setting.

My approach

The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and person-centered approaches.

My communication style

My communication style is very assertive and direct, but warm and kind. I mainly work with adults 18 and above, and I enjoy focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, humanistic approaches, person-centered approaches, trauma, trauma-informed care, approaches, and being able to apply psychodynamic approaches as well.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had compassion and empathy for working with individuals, and I really have a drive to help with goal setting and being able to figure out people's presenting concerns.
