My communication style

I am open to communication and like to use humor at times to join with my clients. I am very positive and offer realistic solutions to issues. I am also empathic towards others and do not pass judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always wanted to be a mental health therapist since I can remember. I did take a detour along the way to raise my family. I love helping others find their path to happiness.

My goals for you

I like the client to set their goals and work toward them at their own pace. I use a client-centered approach and simply provide guide rails to help them reach their goals.

Our first session

In our first session, I will get to know you. I will gather information about you and your family history. I will also explore what brought you to seek assistance and what you want to work toward.
