I'm passionate about supporting individuals experiencing challenges with their mental and emotional health. I work to stamp out stigma and boost mental health awareness, helping you find growth and well-being during difficult times.
My focus
I primarily work with young children from birth through age 5 and their parents or caregivers. I focus on building and repairing relationships, meeting families where they are, and creating treatment plans around the needs you've identified.
My approach
I integrate trauma-focused therapy, resiliency techniques, and the Reflective Practice Approach into my work. I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy to help you heal and build strength.
