I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating the emotional weight of depression, anxiety, serious or chronic illness, life transitions, and grief. My ideal clients are often feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or isolated in their experiences- and are seeking a safe, supportive space to process their emotions, rebuild a sense of meaning.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought or behavioral patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include other evidence-based practices.
