My journey to mental healthcare

I always knew I wanted to be in a helping field. Have you ever heard the saying, 'Love what you do, and you'll never work a day in your life?' Well, that is exactly what I've been able to do, and I thoroughly look forward to meeting and working with people. I love being able to be a part of so many people's journeys.

My goals for you

I believe it is important for clients to have short- and long-term goals that can help them measure their progress along the way. I assist in helping clarify the goals they want to set for themselves as well as strategies to achieve those goals.

Our first session

Your first session is used to help us get to know one another and determine if we will be a good fit. I conduct an assessment, obtain background information and other relevant information to help us make this determination.
