My journey to mental healthcare

Her journey to becoming a therapist began in the classroom. While working as a fifth-grade teacher, she encountered children who were struggling with emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges that extended far beyond academics. She wanted to help, but found that the school environment lacked the resources, knowledge, or support.

My goals for you

She helps clients reach their goals by creating a collaborative, supportive, and purposeful therapeutic environment. She works with each client to clearly identify what they want to change, understand their barriers that may be getting in the way, and develop realistic steps towards meaningful progress.
