I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Parenting Problems, Career Challenges, Depression, Schizophrenia, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, HIV, Bipolar, ADHD, suicidal, self-harm behaviors, and Personality Disorders. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused therapy, DBT, CAMs, and BCBT- suicide specific treatment. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
