My journey to mental healthcare

After navigating my own challenges and experiencing firsthand the toll that chronic stress can take on both the mind and body, I became committed to understanding healing on a deeper level. Having made significant positive changes myself, it has now become my passion to help others feel more empowered in their healing journey.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, low-pressure way. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of therapy. Most importantly, the first session is about making sure you feel safe and supported, and that this is a good fit for you.
