Everyone’s story is unique; the counselor’s role is to listen and to partner with clients to help them achieve their unique goals, heal from past hurts, and realize their truest selves.

I partner with adolescents and adults using an integrative approach to explore anxiety, spiritual/faith transitions, attachment concerns, career transitions, self-esteem, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and trauma.
My approach
I blend research-based techniques from Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Systems, Existential, Experiential, and Somatic Models. My focus is on helping you understand the personal meaning created throughout your life. This meaning is often embedded in unconscious beliefs and behaviors that can be "unexplained" forces shaping how you "just feel."
