I approach communication with clients in a way that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up as you are, without fear of judgment or pressure. I understand that beginning or continuing therapy can feel vulnerable, so I prioritize meeting you with empathy, curiosity, and care.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep desire to understand people’s inner experiences and to create a space where healing feels possible, even after profound pain. Over time, I found myself drawn to the resilience of individuals who have endured difficult and often complex life experiences, recognizing I wanted to support them.

My goals for you

I help clients set and reach treatment goals through a collaborative, flexible, and client-centered process. At the beginning of our work together, we take time to explore what brings you to therapy, what feels most urgent, and what meaningful change would look like in your life. I work with you to identify relevant, realistic outcomes.

Our first session

In our first session together, the primary focus is getting to know you and beginning to understand what brings you to therapy. This is a welcoming, low-pressure space where you do not need to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My intention is for you to leave with a sense of clarity about the process.
