My counseling journey began following personal experiences that deepened my curiosity about human resiliency. The desire to help others find inner strength when facing life's unimaginable challenges became my life's purpose. Personal tragedy helped deepen my understanding of human resilience and the importance of connection.

I love working with adult individuals from all walks of life. I have expertise in child loss, grief, disordered eating, and sleep. Due to personal experience with child loss, my goal and life mission is to support other families who have also lost a child.
