Hi there, I'm Suzan!

I have worked with a wide range of concerns to include anxiety, depression, parenting and family problems, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in both children and adults, along with adolescents, and concerns around addiction.

My focus

I enjoy working with all age groups: pre-adolescent, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am comfortable in quite a few areas assisting folks who are interested in change.

My approach

My therapy style is to treat others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral therapy along with Rational Emotive therapy, helping others to resolve behavioral and emotional problems leading to a happier life. I look forward to meeting with you and walking with you along your wellness journey.
