It's my goal to come alongside you and promote awareness of the uniqueness you already possess and offer help with challenges currently being faced.

I work with individuals struggling with the pressures of life. At varying times in our lives, difficulties arise, and we need professional, confident help to listen, empathize, and provide solutions that would move us forward into a better place.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for behavioral health grew out of a desire to aid soldiers and their families as a military spouse. Since then, I have grown and expanded to aid various demographics and treat diverse mental conditions.

As the therapeutic relationship is built on rapport and trust, I work alongside clients to accomplish set goals and promote measurable growth through evidence-based treatment modalities and screeners.

Your first session will give opportunity to discuss your desire for counseling, your needs, difficulties, and goals desired to reach. I believe the first session is the most important for both client and counselor in building trust, rapport, and receiving tailored, suitable care.
