I use an eclectic approach tailored to your needs, with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT is a collaborative model where we work together to uncover the drivers of unhealthy emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, helping you develop healthier patterns and clearer insight.
