My hope is to create a supportive relationship where my client will feel validated, heard, and seen within a safe environment.

My focus

I work with those who need support dealing with stress management, abuse and trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-worth, and other concerns. It is my honor and privilege to walk with you in your healing journey.

My approach

I am eclectic in my approach to counseling, as no one theory fits each client's needs. Counseling will be a team effort between us, as we create a treatment plan to meet your specific and unique needs.
