My journey to becoming a Therapist has been rewarding. I have always been an active listener and enjoy helping others. I believe with the help of support, accountability, and learning everyday coping skills can help others achieve their goals. It brings me joy to see others succeed in life.

I will introduce myself and answer any questions the client may have, ask the client about their presenting concerns, and discuss the client's strengths.
