I am a person-centered therapist who has worked as a Counselor for over 20 years, serving U.S. veterans. I have worked diligently helping them navigate from the military to civilian life. I specialize in assisting individuals through stressors, transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. We'll set actionable goals, empowering you to new heights.
My focus
I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Many of the clients I see struggle with low confidence, crying spells, relationship issues, and trauma. I'm here to help you navigate these challenges and find your path forward.
My approach
I mostly use EMDR, Person-Centered, and CBT. I have expanded my knowledge in counseling and have worked as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist for over four years. Navigating life's twists and turns can be challenging, but they are not alone!
