I help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, anger, LGBTQ issues, life decisions, parenting, marital struggles, extended family issues, and substance use problems.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and analogies to help you understand concepts or approach problems differently. Discussing situations from a new viewpoint can help you let go of harmful expectations. I recommend journaling, stress management, and hobbies that bring calmness or joy.
