Finding the right therapist can feel really daunting. I know because I’ve gone through that myself. It matters to feel connected to the person you are going to tell your biggest secrets and fears to. It’s important that you feel safe with me and feel like you can share anything you need to share.
My focus
I love working with individuals or couples who are tired of feeling stuck and want change. Client’s who are ready to put in the work for themselves because they are done with the patterns in their life that aren’t serving them.
My approach
I like to have a mix of listening and validating but also challenging negative patterns. A client is paying me to be an expert on seeing patterns or disrupting negative cycles so I use a gentle approach to challenge those negative cycles and help a client see things that they couldn’t see before.
