My journey to becoming a psychiatric provider began with a passion for helping others improve their mental health and quality of life. Throughout my nursing career, I was drawn to the meaningful relationships built in mental health care and the opportunity to support people through life's challenges.

I help clients identify meaningful, realistic goals and break them into manageable steps. Together, we regularly assess progress, adjust treatment when needed, and build skills that support long-term success. My goal is to provide guidance, accountability, and evidence-based care that helps you achieve lasting improvements in your daily life.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing your concerns, symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. I'll ask questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of your experiences and answer any questions you may have. Together, we'll develop an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs.
