I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology at Towson University and my master's degree in clinical social work from the University of Maryland.

My focus

I specialize in anxiety, depression, parenting, grief, life transitions, divorce, self-worth, women's issues, and recovery from Narcissistic Abuse.

My approach

I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities to best facilitate goal achievement, successful functioning, and overall wellness. I meet clients where they are, and together we move toward positive change through cognitive and strength-based therapies.
