My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to people's stories and what makes us who we are. I know what it's like to go through hard things and to feel like you're trying to figure it out on your own, and I also know how powerful it can be to have someone really listen and help you make sense of things.

My goals for you

I work with clients to identify what matters most to them and break those goals into manageable steps. Using tailored strategies and evidence-based techniques, I support clients in building skills, tracking progress, and making lasting changes in their lives. Therapy is collaborative.

Our first session

Our first session is really about getting to know you and what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and what feels most important for us to focus on. I'll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and any goals you'd like to work toward. I will always go at your pace.
