My focus
I offer individual therapy for adults exploring self-esteem, identity, and peer dynamics, or seeking support with life transitions, addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adversity. I specialize in working with members of historically oppressed groups, such as BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
My approach
I use motivational interviewing to understand your values and aspirations. I apply theories of lifespan development, the trans-theoretical model of change, person-in-environment, and ecopsychology to understand how we've reached this point and identify growth areas for change.
