I have my master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and I am independently licensed in Iowa. I have experience in most including anxiety, depression, and substance use. If you don't like a therapist who will make you laugh from time to time while allowing space to grow I'm probably not the best one for you.

We can work on helping you learn how to be kinder and more connected to yourself and what's around you, find ways to feel safer in mind and body, and to be more able to do what is meaningful to you.

Previous work in KS & MO involved child welfare, special needs adoption, Military Families, domestic violence, & geriatric psychiatric care.
