I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been licensed in Arkansas for the past 19 years. My current focus is working with adults and older adults who are working through the grief process, whether they are overwhelmed with a loved one's death or illness, the loss of a relationship, struggling with depression/anxiety, or any other diagnosis.

Throughout my career, I have served children, young adults, and the elderly. I hold the conviction that everyone possesses the capacity to overcome trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and various challenges.

I retired from community mental health to begin private practice part-time in 2020. Three main career tracks have been teaching, administration, and counseling. I am the author of several books and am currently writing one to help caregivers. I am also an ordained minister with my denomination and enjoy working with clients of most all ages.
