As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting teenagers, young adults, a who are seeking to work through trauma and move forward in their lives. As a mastered clinical psychotherapist I have 9 years of clinical practice, and 30 years of social service support with individuals, families, organizations, and communities to navigate life through grief, trauma, loss, and life transitions. My approach is direct, warm, supportive, holistic, and structured.

With professional roots in Chicago, I now operate a fully remote practice based in Nevada. I offer secure, flexible telehealth therapy for clients residing in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Illinois. Healing happens when you feel truly supported, and telehealth allows us to do that work from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

I come from a background consisting of over a decade of clinical and forensic experience, working with vulnerable populations and those afflicted with many types of mental health diagnoses and disorders. I obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing as a licensed professional since April of 2024.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska with nearly 20 years of experience. I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and multiple master’s degrees, with experience in courts, prisons, residential care, and high-acuity mental health settings.
