I am a trained and certified therapist specializing in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Trauma recovery and mood disorders. I have a strong clinical focus on supporting individuals and families impacted by depression, anxiety, including those related to attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, and significant life stressors.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and a nationally Registered Art Therapist.
