I also have experience supporting first responders and individuals working in high-stress helping professions.

I have been working in the helping field for most of my life in different capacities. And now I like more the one-on-one work I am able to do with my clients and being able to see the healing and be a part of the journey.

I focus on workers, and on rare occasions work with employers.

I provide specialized interventions by way of CBT for mental health help, as well as the use of the unique modality of EMDR for trauma, motivational interviewing to help with substance abuse and addictions, and I am Gottman trained for couples work.
