I provide therapy for adults 25 and older. (Please do not book an appointment if you are outside this age range!) I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I offer thoughtful, relational support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, existential issues, life transitions, and patterns that leave you feeling stuck.

I am a humanistic-client centered body-based therapist. My role is to guide and support clients to heal and find mind and body health utilizing your strengths.

Clients find me easy to talk to - even about difficult experiences. Once we know where you are and where you want to go, we can explore options - including nontraditional ones. Please give me a call, I can honestly say that I look forward to getting to know you.

I work with children, youth, and adults navigating anxiety, grief and loss, behavioral challenges, and trauma. My goal is to help you feel validated and supported as you move toward the life you want to live.

I approach each client individually to focus on their goals, using a combination of CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT. I have vast experience with the LGBTQ+ population, addictions, depression, anxiety, as well as a handful of other areas.
