I am a single mother of three sons who represent the 3Q’s in 3Q’s & Hart Counseling. My vision for 3Q’s & Hart Counseling is that it is a haven for single mothers struggling with depression and anxiety. I specialize in teenage boys with ADHD. I was that kid. I struggled through high school and didn't get real support until the end. Treatment changed everything. I went from community college to two of Florida's most prestigious public universities. Now I do this work because I know what it takes to reach these boys.
