I approach each client individually to focus on their goals, using a combination of CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT. I have vast experience with the LGBTQ+ population, addictions, depression, anxiety, as well as a handful of other areas.

I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.
