It is so nice to meet the brave people who are wanting to address their mental health. My practice is as a generalist, so we can address a wide range of topics. Somatic psychotherapy is used to integrate the body and mind. If previous trauma or stress was a part of your life, we can explore together how to work with the past, present, and future.

Driven by a love of exploration, I’ve lived in seven states but am originally from Colorado. Travel is my passion, along with life in the mountains with my family and our two husky–German shepherds. After surviving a TBI, I’ve learned that movement and connection ground a thriving life. I’m grateful to begin this journey with you.

I went from community college to two of Florida's most prestigious public universities. Now I do this work because I know what it takes to reach these boys.
