Welcome—I’m a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 14 years of experience in mental health and 24 years of military service. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT, CPT, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.

I am here to sincerely assist in providing new coping skills, new perspectives, and interactional interventions to directly link your problem to solutions.

I earned my Master of Health Science degree from the University of Florida in Rehabilitation Counseling. I was first licensed as a counselor in Florida in 2001. Now I am licensed as a counselor in four states: New Hampshire, Florida, Iowa, and Louisiana. I have over 20 years of experience.
