I work with adults and couples dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, and substance use. My goal is to help you make progress and start feeling better through a collaborative, understanding approach.

Few of us make it through life without some degree of trauma. I am trained and experienced in working with complex trauma, PTSD, and the pain from bullying and rejection. I want to partner with you to understand what happened to you and how that has impacted your development and relationships.

Life is hard. Reaching out for help is a huge step, especially when you are in the lows of depression or throes of anxiety. While in-person therapy has many upsides, teletherapy is accessible and convenient. I currently offer teletherapy only to clients located in Utah, Kansas, and Missouri.

I work with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, stress, and emotions that get in the way of their daily activities of living. Approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), have been proven to be helpful.

I have a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach and focus on addictions, mental health, and trauma.
