My path into professional counseling grew out of a series of life experiences that shaped my belief in the inherent capacity of every person to grow, heal, and build self-confidence.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with relationship issues. Success in therapy is about helping people find their innate health and bringing out their strengths. This tends to be more effective and longer lasting than just fixing problems.

I am currently accepting new clients and serve the Baltimore metropolitan area with both in person and telehealth sessions. I like to refer to my style of practice as "Soul Work". My treatment modalities include; CBT, Trauma focused, Psychodynamic. I am awaiting to work with you to begin your healing journey.
