I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, and family/relationship issues. I graduated from Fordham University in 2017 with an MSW and have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities.

My approach to therapy is very client-driven and eclectic. I often employ CBT and evidence-based practices but sometimes clients need empathic listening and lots of rapport building before we can get to CBT. I like to think that I do what works for each client in the moment and respond to feedback about what works for you.
